Russian Priests Bless Topol-M ICBMs Ahead of Victory Day


RT-2UTTKh ‘Topol-M’ missiles arrived in Moscow Friday amid a military convoy. The missiles will be stored in a military base at Alabino until they are rolled out for Victory Day celebrations May 9.

The RT-2UTTKh ‘Topol-M’ is Russia’s most recent intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM), developed after the dissolution of the Soviet Union. The maximum range of the Topol M is estimated to be around 10,500 kilometres (6,525 miles).

Alabino is just southwest of Moscow, Russia.
