South Koreans Again Denied North Korean Factory Entry


For the second day, North Korean border authorities have denied entry to South Koreans who manage jointly run factories in the North Korean city of Kaesong.

On April 3, 2013 North Korea began denying South Korean workers access to the center. Kaesong is a city (population 308,440) in North Hwanghae Province, southern North Korea (DPRK), a former Directly Governed City, and the capital of Korea during the Koryo Dynasty.
