Second video shows actual shooting taking place. Apparently a shooter armed with a long gun fell to the street while he was rushed by protesters, who have been trying to stop him or disarm him. The first victim is shot, runs a few steps and falls to right side into the street unresponsive. A second victim is shot in the arm. Video streamer CJ Halliburton (in the top video) later described this victim as “having his arm blown” after he applied a tourniquet from the gunshot victim’s own backpack. The victim is heard saying, “I hope you know how to use it.” From observing the top video, the arm injury appeared to be major trauma near the elbow.

A third and fourth video show closeup the outcome of two of the shootings.
