Palestinians Internal Feud, Attempt on PRC Leader’s Life

THU JAN 08 2010 — Internal feud within the Popular Resistance Committees in Gaza climaxed with a failed attempt on the life of PRC group leader Zakaria Doghmush, and included mortar fire upon Kerem Shalom goods crossing and a missile attack on Ashkelon.

A bomb delivered by a taxi driver with an exploding package did not detonate near Doghmush in his headquarters last Monday.

Then Tuesday, an Israeli bomber killed missile chief, Jihad a-Samiri, and injured five of a Popular Resistance Committees group outside Khan Younes while they were setting up to fire a missile.
